Loreen NYAMBO has experience in civil litigation and
has represented major corporate clients in the Industrial Relations Court,
Magistrates Courts, and the High Court of Malawi. He also has experience in
providing legal advice to corporate clients on a variety of issues ranging from
contract law, administrative law, employment law and land law, among other
things. In his practice, Loreen has been involved in commercial and corporate
work including incorporation of both private limited liability companies and
companies limited by guarantee; drafting and reviewing general contracts,
partnership deeds, sale agreements, and debt agreements; and interpreting
shareholder agreements.
