Michelle Nkhono advises clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. Her practice includes regulatory compliance, data protection, employment and labour law, and competition/anti-trust law. She has experience supporting domestic and international clients on corporate structuring matters, including incorporations, amendments to constitutive documents, changes to shareholding and directorship, and statutory filings before the Registrar of Companies.
Michelle also advises on intellectual property matters, including trade mark registrations and renewals, and provides contractual advisory and drafting support across various industries. She is involved in advising clients on compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2024, including the registration of data controllers of significant importance and notifications to the Data Protection Authority following data breaches.
In addition, Michelle participates in the firm’s due diligence, restructuring and cross-border transactional mandates across various sectors.
